The Rundown #5 – Insights

It’s my pleasure to bring you this month’s Rundown! With most of our Operations team currently on programs all over the globe, I decided to hop on a plane and have a little facetime with our East Coast US clients.

After stopping by the Northeast EMBAC Meeting and nine universities, I spotted a few new trends in the industry and decided to use this edition to share them.

EMBAs on the rise

EMBA groups are traveling more than any other discipline. Students are looking to grow their networks and travel is a crucial part of attaining that. I was also delighted to hear that the number of female students enrolling in EMBA courses continues to rise!

Contingencies are crucial

Everyone’s thrilled to get back out there and travel, but having a solid backup plan (and a provider that offers them) is a must! Clients still seek a proven, comprehensive safety protocol with travel contingency scenarios. After all, they are the foundations of a successful trip in this new era of travel.

“Are you taking any groups to Asia?”

Yes! And an understandably common question. The popularity of Asia is unmistakable and as destinations in the region continue to open, we’re already working on several programs to Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Program planning 101

Clients tend to plan further in advance now with more decision-makers being involved in the approval process and some additional steps before getting the green light. As a refresher of the process, check out our handy timeline video that outlines a program’s lifecycle from start to finish.

With 140+ destinations, across 6 continents in our portfolio, you can rely on us to deliver an unbelievable study program. So, feel free to book a call via my Calendly and tell me, where you would like to take your students?

Best regards,
