ASSIGNMENT:
7-day study program to Casablanca & Marrakesh, Morocco | October 19th-25th, 2025
46 Full-time MBA students + 2 faculty members
CLIENT BRIEF:
This group of Full-Time MBA students participated in a dual-destination across Morocco, visiting Casablanca and Marrakesh, two of the country’s most influential economic and cultural hubs. Experiencing both cities gave students firsthand insight into the country’s diverse business landscape and the relationship between culture, entrepreneurship and daily life.
To maximize exposure and depth, the cohort was divided into two groups, enabling a broader academic journey and access to a more diverse range of organizations. With a focus on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Sustainability, the program structure prioritized high-impact business visits and meaningful engagement with both global and local companies.
Our Approach:
Designing a program across Casablanca and Marrakesh required seamless coordination, strategic planning and deep local expertise. With the cohort split into two groups, precision logistics and access to our expansive business network were critical to maximizing impact in both cities simultaneously. By leveraging our on-the-ground relationships and carefully structuring the dual-group format, we ensured broad exposure without sacrificing depth, delivering a dynamic, high-value experience across every touchpoint.
-
With a core focus on entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability, the academic scope was broad. Our role was to translate these themes into high-impact, real-world engagement across multiple sectors.
We curated a diverse portfolio of business visits and learning formats, including executive presentations, panel discussions, an entrepreneurial lab, and even an interactive sessions exploring Morocco’s startup ecosystem. Topics spanned logistics, agriculture, global trade, scaling ventures and sustainable innovation.
By exposing students to both emerging startups and established industry leaders, the program enabled them to connect classroom theory with practical application across multiple facets of the Moroccan economy.
-
To complement the academic rigor, we designed cultural experiences that deepened students’ contextual understanding of Morocco’s social and business landscape.
Through guided food tours, visits to historic sites, market explorations and shared meals with business leaders, students experienced the rhythm of daily life in both cities. These moments went beyond sightseeing, fostering cross-cultural dialogue and reinforcing the connection between culture and commerce.
By experiencing the contrasts between Casablanca’s commercial dynamism and Marrakesh’s historic and entrepreneurial energy, students gained a more nuanced and well-rounded perspective of the country.
-
A defining strength of our programs is access our extensive network of 25,000+ speakers. In this case, the group had access to founders, executives and ecosystem leaders actively shaping Morocco’s evolving business landscape.
Through our long-standing relationships in both Casablanca and Marrakesh, we secured meaningful engagement with high-growth startups, established industry players and sustainability-focused ventures. These were not surface-level visits, but candid, interactive exchanges that gave students real insight into the opportunities and challenges of operating in an emerging market.
